We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant in Abuja to support our executive team. You will be the right hand of the company, with the dedication to manage tasks efficiently and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings Conduct research to assist with decision-making and project planning Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs Maintain records of expenses and manage invoices Provide administrative support and handle confidential information Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts Assist in training and onboarding new staff

Requirements and skills

Proven 3 years of working experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a relevant role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in administrative support is a plus Proficiency in office software and tools Proficiency in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, management, or relevant field

Work directly with the CEO to keep priorities, meetings, follow-ups and internal coordination moving. This Abuja-based role combines executive support with hiring coordination, onboarding support, documentation and practical follow-through across TSM House teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings and daily execution flow.
Track action points and follow up with teams until agreed work is completed.
Prepare meeting notes, summaries, documents and professional correspondence.
Support hiring coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding and training records.
Maintain confidential business and personnel information carefully.
Identify delays and operational gaps early and escalate them with context.

MUST HAVE
Strong organisation, written communication and follow-through.
Confidence coordinating people and multiple deadlines.
Good working knowledge of documents, spreadsheets, email and online collaboration tools.
Ability to work physically in Abuja and handle pressure calmly.
Evidence of reliability in a previous role, project, internship or leadership responsibility.
