Why would I set up group access rights for new hires rather than setting permissions for each user individually?
It allows new hires to have complete control over the CRM app
It's quicker to set up permissions for each user
The group will exist even if the users in it get swapped out, and it’s easier to manage multiple users that need the same permissions this way
It prevents new hires from seeing what’s going on in the CRM app
